Talking Twinhan Starbox II - Can't Get It To Work

I recently got my hands on a Twinhan Starbox II. I cannot get it to receive any signal from my existing dish which is pointed at Echostar 7. I know that the dish is properly aligned because it is also hooked up to my P4 which has a Twinhan 102g PCI card working with My Theatre. I am trying to set up the Starbox II usb to work with my new Duo Core, 1gb RAM laptop; I have installed the drivers from the Starbox install CD, and have installed the newest trial version download of My Theatre, loaded the vplug 1.38 plugins from my desktop P4. I don't think that My Theatre is the problem with the laptop setup because I am not getting any signal strength or quality when I look at these on the installed Twinhan software.

Can anyone who has theirs working offer some advice on what I can do to get the Starbox working?

Correct me if I am wrong, but from googling it, it seems that vplug 1.38 is for pirating dishnet. I don't think you are going to get any responses here assuming that that is the case.

Sorry. Just pointing out the obvious, ie that you would have had a better chance at discussion if you hadn't mentioned the pirating software.
However it probably wouldn't have mattered, because I don't think there are many people, here at least, who have had enough success with the Starbox to help anyone else. I have one of the original version Starboxes, not the "II", and it isn't a very good receiver. I got mine for XMAS a year ago, used it for a couple weeks on strong signals, then disconnected it, and haven't used it since, although I plan to try it again. I've yet to see anyone else here, who has used it even this much, so I don't think there is anyone here to help with a Starbox anyway.

Starbox 7021 WDM Drivers

Starbox 7021A very difficult on occasion to get the right software driver combo that will function.
7021 works right out of the box, or, if not, replace with a different wdm driver.
