No quality signal from LNB YESAT 31

LNB - Yesat 31
RF 11.70/12.20
IF 950/1450
LO 10750

receiver - pansat 2500
dish 33"
No switches and motors.

I chouse lnb as "Universal 2" in setup. I dont have any quality satelitte signal. Using satfinder I got several points but, I cannot recognise them.
This LNB worked before with coolsat ok.
What kind of problems do I have?

your lnb is stander it is not universal.so choose stander. lnb frequency will be 10.750 try this you will be ok.

welcome to the forum dss33 has wasim said set the lnb in your receiver to standard LO 10750. make sure the lnb power is on in your receiver.

as a universal 1 in setup it put Lo 10600, but universat 2 it has 10750

you will need to set that lnb to universal 1 9750 lo 10600 hi.

10600 is universal and 10750 is standard. Set your receiver to match what is on the lnbf regardless of any link to any webpage.
