Channel Lists

Does anyone know if it is possible to download a channel list from a neusat SP-6000 to channelmaster ? or any editing program, or maybe someone knows how to change the polarity of a transponder from H/V to L/R the only options in the factory software is H/V and I want to add some transponders that are Left/Right. I know I can edit them in Channel Master but I cant get the current channel list to download from the stb. I tried useing the factory downloader but cant seem to get it to work.

I have tried for a week now to upload the list from the receiver to the Neusat channel editor and it doesn't work
You get a list of satellites but no channels

Channelmaster doesn't have an option to upload from the Neusat yet
