Thanks for your help. I am actually looking a code to reset the receiver. Not the code for programing the remote.
Something like the info on the second link. Unfortunately, the second linke does have the code for Alphastar receceiver...:-(

Well, I scoured the web last night and could find nothing to indicate a reset code for AlphaStar receivers. They were built by TeeComm but I have a suspicion they might be compatible with old Star Trak (once built by EchoStar) receivers -- maybe....

You could always try the Star Trak codes and see what happens.

The Star Trak is cross referenced to the TeeComm models so perhaps this site has some good inside dirt.

I'm looking for the same information on resetting the Alphastar ST1000. I relaize that this thread is a little dated, but am wondering if anyone has ideas on resetting this receiver.
