Editing PCR on a Pansat

When watching ABC NewsNow on IA6, the signal freezes and stutters. as Rainman discovered here http://www.sadoun.net/viewtopic.php?...ghlight=#23235

this could be fixed by adjusting PCR values. Are there any other Pansat users out there that might know how to do this?
