I lost my password on my SatCruiser reciever. It is a DSR101+.

How can I get my password or change it?

Thanks that works! Another quick Q : Im trying to add channels to my favorites list. I select the channel, and which i click the right arrow button, it doesnt move the channel into the favorites list. Any idea on how to do this?

Never tried but Page 23 of the manual sez...

"Press FAV button when on the channel you want, then the selected channel will be moved to Favorite List box. To delete the desired channel from the Favorite List, press CLEAR button."

Guess you don't use the arrow keys.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I tried the FAV button but nothing happens. I also tried arrows as a last resort and still no success. The reciever is not responding and also it is not responding to the volume button as well.

Any clues to why this is happening suddenly? What do I have to do to get it working again.

Try doing a Factory Reset; from the Systems Settings submenu as I recall.

Either that or the remote is pooched... :mozilla_frown:
