SatCruiser vs StarCruiser

Hi Folks

Ive recently purchased a StarCruiser 9000 and have been having
problems with it.

Blind Search finds no TPs
No audio on RF port to TV.

After doing some hunting on the net I found that
the StarCruiser 9000 has exactly the same firmware as the
SatCruiser 101Plus+

Anybody with info on this Star Cruiser 9000??
