have problem to upload software from pc to receiver

hey guys,
i had a hard time to upload the software from my pc to the receiver after i downloded the firmware if anybody can help me with this i will appreciate it.
i have a "satcruiser DSR 101 plus" receiver.

Nsat is on a distinguished road

The Satcruiser is not very user friendly as far as f/w updates. Check the manufacturer website for latest updates. Follow instructions and good luck.
