Satcruiser DSR-2040 ACE (401P)

Hi All,

I am looking for S/W for Satcruiser DSR-2040 ACE (401P) receiver.
The receiver that I have is not working properly and I think it has a corrupted S/W or bios whatever.

Does anyone know where can I get it or if you have it can you send it to me?

When I try to exported the current S/W to a file with RS-232 I am getting the following information in the header but then export is failing.
