i have one of this receiver. I cannot setup the diseqc function. The firmware is somewhat outdated, too. I searched the net to find an uploader for use with the RS-232 port. However, i still cannot find any uploader that works with this receiver. Anyone has an uploader that can be used with this receiver, please guide me to where i can download it. Thanks in advance.

i managed to jtag the 6600ir. i get the full dump of it. the software version is 5.15 B21DC. I checked the homesat website and found out that the current software is 5.15 B60. I tried to download the new software from the air by pick up the BJ homesat channel on T5. However, it did not work. is there anyone who has the satnsound 6600IR or ADTH 6600IR and the diseqc function working properly?. The receiver i have, the diseqc is disable and there is no way i can enable the diseqc function. I hope someone who has the 6600IR would jtag the receiver and send me the dump. I would show you how to jtag it. This receiver is solely used for FTA. No hack involve. Just want to have the diseqc functions, so i can use it with both VTV4 and VPTV.

i believe you have a satnsound receiver. what is the model number of the receiver. is the diseqc functioning properly? e.g., you can select and set it to a, b, c, d ports. Mine is satnsound 6600IR and the diseqc is blank. e.g., antenna setting won't let me to select and set the diseqc. that means i can only use the receiver with a single sat. if i want to pickup another sat (AMC4) i have to disconnect the cable from T5 and connect the cable from AMC4. Thanks in advance.
