help with an Arion 1900

hi, i recently purchased one of these from you for the purpose of watching the italian channels. i need to know if i have everything i need? it says on your pge that the channels are seen on Telstar5,Galaxy 10r, and Telstar 12. would i be able to get all of these with this receiver? or would I need a rotor?
