hmmm satworks 3688

well as you see from the title i have a satworks 3688 and i have had it for a few months now and i start to notive that when i would switch from one satellite to another with the motor it would lose its power and the motor wouldn't move no more i thought it might of been the old software so i upgraded it and it still does it is there something that went bad some where along the line. i check all my line to make sure there was no lose ends its just the reciever i think any info would be great thanks.

welll

well i'm back and the software that i loaded fixed alot of the problem but it still happens. if you didn't read above my problem is when i use the motor to switch from one satellite to another i loose all power from the reciever to the motor the level goes out and so does the quality.Which means no picture.and yes i check the lines for all loose ends AGAIN but nothing was wrong there. Is there anyone who has a satworks reciever haveing the same problem. If i am able to fix it please tell me how.I like this reciever kinda lol if it didn't have these problems i would recomand this reciever ...........LOOKS OVER SHOULDER covers head with arms and hands (sadoun don't be haten)lol .....meaning don't hate me for refuring this reciever.....If anyone has any info please let me know.well i think it is time for me to run lol see ya
