i have model DE997-T011-s
what make is this ??

Can someone help me? I would like to upgrade software on Globecast receiver. I downloaded the latest version software from that makes Globecast ( Eastern ) receivers, but there is no procedure of how to do this. Has someone experienced this that could help me?

Zlatko, look for a way to connect it to your computer. Try the manual. By the way are you Macedonian?
