urgent! please help

Hi every one
I just bought the Bec DB6600+ with 30” satellite dish and SkyVista Dual Feed Standard Ku 0.6db LNBF. I followed exactly step by step instructions from Eman to setup the satellite dish, but I can not get the signal from Telstar 5 Satellite
My signal strength goes up to 83% but the strength line is still white. How many percents more do I expect to make the strength signal line turn in yellow.
Is it any problem with my dual LNBF because right now I have only one receiver connecting into dual LNBF. nothing connects to other one.

And one more question

When I went to menu to setup the time, I got trap with the menu and no way I could exit the menu unless I had to set my receiver back to factory default. Does any one have this problem?

Please help me. it took me two full days to setup already. I am getting frustration now.

You should have bought your system from Sadoun not from others.

If your receiver locks, there could be a problem with it. Follow the indtuctions above first and see if that helps.

Try to call or contact the dealer you bought the system from for support.
