Samsonic problems

Does anyone know how to unlock the password on an old samsonic FTA receiver. Is there any trick to unlocking if you do not know the password? My father has a samsonic receiver and he doesn't remember the password. PLEASE HELP!! thanks

Samsonic?? Never heard of it. Are you sure it isn't a Samsung?

You can try 0,0,0,0 or 1,1,1,1 -- this works on certain receivers.
