Lost sound

I can still see pictures but no sound. Nothing was changed. I checked cables (yellow, red, white) and tried both video1 and video2 on my TV. Both work for my VCR. Please help. Thanks

There must be something wrong with T5 recently since I've lost audio on all chanel. I have 90/97 for strength/quality but still no audio.

Has anybody experienced this too?

Re: Lost sound

Must be one of the following reasons:
1. Sat prodiver changed the Audio Pid
Fix: Rescan the transponder (if you don't know how, let us know which channels you have this problem)

2. Sat provider decided to encrypt the Audio.
Fix: Nothing we can do.

3. Sat provider had probem with their hardware, or they are in the process of upgrading hardware.
Fix: Email them for more info.

Give us more info about your hardware. We can check the status for you.
Michael

thuyvu,
just unplugged your reciever and then plug it back in. This should fix your problem. I have it happen to me a couple of times.
