Last summer I reset my receiver (db6600+) to factory settings. I followed your instructions and was able to get
Telstar 5 again with no problem. I am having an impossible time now getting Galaxy 10R. I am able to set the receiver to Galaxy 10 (Why is there no 10R on the program?) and try to get yellow bars. I have not had any luck after several days of trying. Do I need to program any software into the reciever? I have gone thru the list of transponders and made sure that they all matched Lyngsat's list. I know I am not in the best of environments for reception here in Louisiana, but at this time of year, with all the vegitation gone, it looks as if I should have a great shot at the Sat. Again Telstar 5 works beautifully. I would really appreciate any advice for getting the Galaxy 10R to come in. Thank You ever so much.
