I try everything that said in the forum and installation guide ... but I can't get any signal quality up ... the signal strength is about 44-48 in the receiver scale ... There are 2 answers in the forum that i am not sure about hte meaning ...1.) LNB has set about 5:30 in Canada and someone said that it could be applied in North America ... Is it mean about 25-30 degree clockwise if looking toward the dish?... 2.) I am living in PA (Altoona) ... the elevation is 39.7.and azimuth=208.7. and the line of magnetic declination is about 10-13 degree . Is it mean the std setup for azimuth is 218 +/- ? ... How about the elevation ? Is it the same either mounting on the ground or the roof ????...

No, it should be counterclockwise.
