bec 6800ic

just bought new receiver 6800ic they have 2 card lot . i am want to get telstar 5 but with card should i buy

Most of the channels that have "F" on the "Video Encryption" column are FREE-TO-AIR. Other channels are encrypted and you will see the type of encryption it has.

So depending on the type of encryption you will need a CAM and smartcard that support it. The programming service provided, where you buy a subscription to that channel, should be able to help you.

i saw one on ebay IBM Notebook PCMCIA SmartCard . can i used that to replace cam and card
