try this...
Try the website Dishpointer.com. They started in Europe, and will tell you which satellites are available and what size dish you will need. You should be able to get some of the European Satellites... if they have a footprint to your area in Africa.

Where are you located? The Mercury II receiver will work for that satellite.

If you buy Sadouns S1 package with 90 cm dish, that should work. Are you trying to receive Ghana TV? That looks like a spot beam from the Lyngsat map.

Sadoun, Will the Mercury II receiver work with Pal as well as NTSC and SECAM tv's? I know they can hook up to NTSC (United States TV type) and HDTV's, but will they work with Pal and whatever is used in Ghana?

it looks like Ghana uses Pal
The Ghana television transmission standard is PAL B-5
