Do Not Buy CNX Receivers!

I am very disappointed at the way CNX treats their customers and how they call you a lier when all you want is your brand new receiver fixed.
I purchased a CNX Trio and when I received it the receiver locked-up on me and could not recover it. I then contacted CNX repair and they said to send the unit in and they will recover it for me. I have owned this unit for one hour and then shipped it out the same day I received it for the repair. It took them 1 month to find my unit and ship it back to me and when I received the unit 1-21-08 I unpacked it only to find 11 1/4 inch scratches on the display and card slot lid. I contacted them and they told me I'm s*it out of luck because they didn't do it. I have been testing and am a Mod and Admin of my own site for many years and that I am not a lier. I tried to reason with these folks but they in return told me to stick it so I am writing this so all know what type of people are supporting your purchase.
I paid $250 plus overnight shipping which coasted me about $300 dollars for a piece of scratched up merchandise that they did. Why does the box itself say "No Hassle Exchange" on it and they won't honer their own warranted and expect us to buy their merchandise?
I'm sorry but this is not fair to me or any customer that purchase products from these people and will not honor their own warranty even if they are at fault. If they were to bring their brand new car in for an oil change and when they picked it it had huge scratches on the window and the dealer said you gave it to us this way what would you do?
I will be posting this on every site I'm a Moderator and my own as well until they honer their warranted and replace my unit. I will hurt their sales and believe me I have been around long enough where people will listen to me.
Since you are their release site I will ask for you to contact them and make this right because this is not fair to me and they should take care of their costumers because they spend their hard earned money for their merchandise. And these days it's hard to make a buck with the way the economy is so DO NOT BUY A CNX!!!!

The guys name that treated me as if am a lier is Kevin Bae

Easy does it...

You have a right to be upset, but I don't see that you used all the resources available to you.

Better Business Bureau?

Credit card company?

Dictionary? (Bad spelling tends to undermine even the most credible arguments.)

Did you notify the company in writing? I hate this part, but it's what holds up in small claims court.

Anyway, did the returned receiver work?

Best of luck to you. We here at Sadoun.net are a civil group and prefer to shop with Sadoun. I'm confident that he would not disappoint you.
