Cambodia TV (CTN)

Anybody knows what happens to CTN channel ? It was free few weeks ago and it's now scramble.

It's now a Globecast PAY TV channel. see www.globecastwtv.com

Thanks, etlam34. It's kind suck, though. I was hoping it stays free for a bit longer.
