Pansat 250SM Issue

My old Pansat 2100A finally died, so I got a new Pansat 250SM.
Looks like this is a very new model and has bugs

I did a scan for G-25 97W and got all channels except for the 11867 & 12152 ones. The "smart scan" gets stuck on these freqs and I had to do an individual scan for each freq to get all the other channels.
How can I fix this problem? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
