Galaxy 10 and the BEC

I can point the BEC to the telstar5 in under 1 minute ( not counting fine tuning but getting yellow bars )

I cannot for the life of me get the receiver to get Galaxy10r
and i know other people get it in my southern Ontario area.
I have a clearshot but can never get the bars to go yellow.

I had the same problem with telstar5 until i put it on transponder 6 and I hit it right away.

On Galaxy 10 i can only pick transponder 1 and New transponder. I cannot point it on transponder 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On new transponder add the following information:

Freq: 11920
Polarity: V
S/R: 28066

Then adjust your dish until you get a lock on the satellite.
