What is a 319 bin file? What is it suppossed to do? If that is aftermarket software and not factory Pansat software your only hope is the person who wrote it can help you but probably will not as illegal software is designed for usage with fixed dishes not motorized. Hopefully you can still install the factory software and the receiver live. Many times you simply have just lost a receiver and will have to replace it.

EDIT: Upon doing a search for Pansat 319 bin file I find you have illegal software installed in your receiver so you are simply out of luck and probably will have to replace the receiver.

This is rule 10 from the list of rules of this forum.
