A search should provide quite useful here. I have seen receivers over $650.00/used. All depends on what you are looking for. DVB is big in Europe so I imagine they have a ton of different brands and models available. Naturally in all price categories.

I have seen them as cheap as $75 to $700 so the price range varies alot as Steve stated there are probaly a ton of different receivers and manufactures.

Hundreds of models and brands available around the world. In the USA, there are some common brand names that have been around for a while: Fortec Star, Pansat, and Coolsat.

Sadoun imports and distributes the Fortec Star brand.

I've bought some non-mainstream dvb receivers (New, from trusted dealers) for quite cheap. The last one cost me $25 + shipping ($37 total) and the one before that cost me $40 shipped. Of course those were bottom-barrel priced receivers with no frills, but they work fine (no blindscan though!)
Name Brand receivers purchased from vendors with a good rep in the business are certainly worth the extra $$$.
