express Vu - Mexico

Hello ,
I'm writting from Canada and I have a question . I plan to go center Mexico (22.17 N Lat & 101 W Lon) . The azimuth is 154.933 and the elevation of 61.687

I would like to know with a bell express vu receiver , if is possible to receive Nimiq 1 91.0°W ? and what size of antena require ? a special type of LBN ?? Please help me to resolve my problem ...I joined a map and the footprint for North America and I thinking the signal was very low at the position of San Luis Potosi Thank you very much in advance.

Here is the footprint for Nimiq 91.

I'm not sure where San Luis Potosi is but I think you may be out of luck unless it is in Northern Mexico. Even then you would likely need a minimum dish size of 90 cm to get any kind of decent signal. The usual circular polarity LNB will work.
