I've got the digital satellite blues....

DSR-2040 Ace... Analog works great but no digital. I've bought a new "digital" c-band LNB for my BUD but still no digital. What gives?

1. Make sure the digital feed is active
2. Check the freq, pol, sr to ensure they are all correct.
What channels are you looking at? Let us know so some of us can check them out for you.

Re: I've got the digital satellite blues....

Well, I've tried so many things I wouldn't know where to start. Right now I have my dish pointed at SatcomC4. TechTV is crystal clear = 3940 H analog.

Then from the main menu:
Installation - TP Configuration

Then on the list I added an entry for, "The California Channel" for an example...

Satellite: SATCOMC4
Frequency: 03783
Polarization: Ver
Symbol Rate: 03000
FTA Only: No
Position: 1398

When I go down to, "Search Channels" it pauses for a few seconds and eventually comes back with, "Fail".

Nevermind...

Nevermind.... I must have just screwed something up in the configuration. I reset the unit to factory defaults and it's working great now.

Thanks!
