I just purchase v/s/ultra for one week- I have a problem about download for upgrade in my system. how come I use loader2 for upgrade my VSUltra but not work. it's just show resend again and again. it's somethng wrong with my VSUltra
second thing when I go to menu and click to antena setup but I don't see 22kz on it- and don't see disEqc 1.2 on it too. please email and let me know why it's happen like above thanks.

if u have the ultra dont bother using the loader 2 program just use the usb port!

And if for some reason you can't use the USB provision and must rely on Loader 2 and a serial cable, remember: the VS box has to be OFF (rear switch) first. If, for example, you were uploading the latest factory firmware, you would select that file in Loader 2, press PC->STB, then turn the receiver's main power back on for the file to load into the box. Always wait until it is completely loaded.

Don't forget, any "after market" software may violate your warranty and this forum certainly doesn't condone such. Be careful!

thank you- I just purchase usb flash-now is everything ok- but I think a viewsat ulra is hard to use more than sonicview 4000- it's very hard to get signal and save in fav...anybody have experience about that above.
