    how to Impove S/Q

I've been reading up on the aluminum conical scalar ring kit for offset dishes. It says it's experimental but been reports of people having good results with a 1m dish on c band.Just wondering if it would inprove ku also.I get all sats in arc but some like 83.0w amc9 to pull in RTN networks are to low to get good pic S-85 Q-66 tried to fine tune but makes it worse. Is there anyone who has tried this product.I'd like to hear some results on it.
my seup is as follows WS-90cm dish,DG-380 motor,Invacom-QPH-031lnbf,22khz switch.
    Thanks for help in advance.KB

Signal level and quality is great

It sounds like you are getting great signal levels and quality on the satellites and as for the RTN station you are trying to get, it is a scrambled station and there should be a majority of them which is occupied by Directv, and Dish Network. You won't be able to get them since they are prescription channels and is scrambled for a reason. You are doing fine and I can tell you that after setting up different satellites myself and I am new to this also. Another thing you will notice is that you are getting the same free stations on many of the satellites you find.

RTN which is now RTV is not scrambled but does have low signal so you have to dead on to receive them.
