Complete info for installing a motorized system can be found at How to install an HH-Mount Motor? Satcontrol SM3D12 STAB HH100 HH120 Motech SG2100 the answer to you question would be 30 - 5.5 = 24.5. Keep in mind this is a starting point and if your dish is a Fortec dish depending on mount type it may vary by 5 degrees or so.

What Steve gave you WAS the dish elevation. You should set the motor "latitude" scale (not elevation scale) to your latitude (plus about 0.6 deg).
The dish elevation is different for each motor because the shaft angles of various motors are different.
