SG 2100 is not Moving

SG 2100 is not moving....I was able to move the dish using Manual E/W button. but not through receiver. i tried with Mytheare and NeuSat receiver.. Motor LED is not blinking when i try to move. is my motor died?
I pressed reset key in the motor...restarted the the receiver. nothing worked. Still able to move the motor by manual key only.
Please Help!!!!

motors seem to have a problem moving when using a computer card.maybe due to lack of power.how long is your cable run?

not more than 20ft. I just connected to NuSat STB. When try to move, LED brightness goes up and Down. NOT blinking Orange/Green. it was working pefectly. I reset the STB receiver to factory setting and setup USALS parameters...and try to move.nothing seems to be working.

something to check.when setting up the usals make sure you use the right direction east west north south as the case may be. also check all conections to make sure they are good and clean.

No solid color usually indicates a poor connection. Are you using RG6 cable? Can not use low freq cable. Poor connection can be not connected properly, bad cable, incorrect cable, not screwed in all the way, overtightened.

Also, disable the east/west limits. In another thread, I posted about how somehow my east/west limits got reset, and my east limit was actually west of zero, which really confused the thing. When I disabled the limits, then re-set them to reasonable points, things started working right again.
