Digipower SG2100 only moving halfway?

--Hi, all. I was testing out my Digipower SG2100 that I got from Sadoun's today, and I noticed it only moved left, 0-80 (this is when looking at the numbers...turning counter-clockwise). I then pressed the button twice like I am supposed to to center it back to "0". But when I tried to move it from 0-80 clockwise, it did nothing. Is something wrong? I have a feeling trying to set this up is going to be difficult. Are there any installers in Southeast Oklahoma? haha. Thanks for replies.

Thumbs up That was it!

Yeah, that was the problem! I looked for my instruction book high and low, but could not find it. I went outside to do the reset, and when I came back in, I found the instruction book underneath the chair, haha. Guess my cat was playing with it and moved it under there. Thanks for your help.

P.S.
Usually if I have a problem with something, it is always a difficult, but this time was no sweat. Thanks again!

Don't feel bad...my cat threw up on the owner's manual for my Viewsat receiver. I, too, left it by my chair only to find a not-so-appetizing mass of semi-digested kitty pellets (dry cat food, that is, not like "rabbit pellets"!) sitting on top. It was darned nice of him to save the carpet, but...
