coolsat 4000 pro + sg2100 motor

hello,

Can anyone give a reason as to why an sg2100 motor would stop responding to a coolsat receiver. I have already tried reseting several times and to no success. Any reasons / solution to my problem would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
Jut

One thing to check is the connectors.
Sometimes they get "grimy" and need to be removed and reinstalled to make a better connection. Simply remove, reinstall (roughly) to make better connection.

That, and cable issues (ie bad cable) sometime ends are not very good installed/factory installed ends sometimes are lousy.

My experinece anyway...

Coolsat is not good with any motor. period. They do have problem with the software. I tried it on several brands of motors. Either goes to 0 position or does not move at all. Other receivers (fortec) works fine on same setttings

I have a Pansat 3500 receiver and it stopped to move SG2100 motor few times already. However, the problem is with SG2100. After resetting the motor things, start working but I loose all my settings in the receiver.
