trouble with SG2100

I'm trying to set up my SG 2100 motor using USALS I can't get it to go back to zero and stay there so I can start over. I tried going to referance but that does not take it back to zero.

I tried pushing reset button with tooth pick but did nothing.

How do I reset maybe I'm doing it wrong?
