please help install with SG2100 motor

I have a sg2100, fortecstar lifetime ultra. I am in Phoenix Az,
Latitude- 33.5
longitude- 112.1w
I set my dish elevation at 24 degree
on my motor at 34 latitude side
and find to true south "Anik E2R" 111.1 w
but no quality, please help me, what wrong? thank you
