    SG2100 won't move East

I setup my Coolsat 4000 Pro about two years ago and managed to lock onto an Asian satellite. I then decided to get a motor, a SG2100 to be exact. I tried, unsuccessfully, installing this about a year ago. I decided to go ahead and give this another try today but I'm still having trouble. All of the satellites (in Coolsat under Installation --> motorized settings) show Level ~65 and quality ~5 no matter where the satellite points. I have looked up my coordinates and true south online. Another issue I've noticed is that when I press the West button on the motor, the unit moves West. But when I press East, it won't go further than 0. Is there something wrong with my equipment or is it just me?

Try deleting motor limits in the DiSEqC 1.2 menu in your receiver.

I've gone through the Installation menu but I can't seem to find out where to locate this setting. I have done a factory reset as well. Am I overlooking this setting? The only place i see to change anything that has to do with DiSeq is under each individual satellite where I can enable USASL or DiSeq.
