motor set up trouble ??????

hi.i did try to setupmy dish and motor today .but i cant not find one satellite at all .ans also i cant get the motor to move using the remote .it move if i use the button on the motor .
now what i reveive with the dish is a [circular/linear dual lnbf] qsat lnb number [88-1012].
i did try to get a quality all i could get is about 39 .but signal at 82 .but you allway get signal .
idid fallow all the instruction that i receive and that i got from the digiware motor but nothing work .
so cant you explain what i am doing wrong.
never had problem at setting up a dish like that before .

digiware hh-990 or the 2100 same setup
qsat circular/linear dual lnbf 88-1012 they all say the lnbf is no good to move the motor with the remote
digiware rg 6 the best they say .
no switches
so i thing i will go direct from the lnb to the receiver because i cant det the motor move from the inside .only with the button on the motor .till i get a new lnb .so what lnb i should get to replace the circular/linear dual lnbf .
if i order one today i should get it by thursday.
now i did set it the lnbf to universal in the receiver menu .i have 86 signal and 68 quality but it is yellow .the signal is green .
now i am using the viewsat lite to fine the satellite then i will swicth to the nfusion .

i did mention the dish .it a 24 .but it 28 hight and 24 wide .not looking for 118 .so it big enuff for all the rest[sat] that am looking for
