Bracket question

I had an installer come by and he said he could not do the motor install because I am missing a bracket. My motor is a sg-2100 and on the box it says the bracket is from my dish. But I have been looking at a lot of motor install pictures and I don't see the bracket. Is the bracket just an extra piece? As you can see picture number1 shows the bracket but picture number 2 doesn't. thanks

The first picture shows a larger dish like the 120 cm. The come with a U shaped bracket. The second pictures shows a smaller dish like the 80 cm, and those have a sleeve like mount to the motor.

The question is what is the size of your dish? All dishes come with mounting supplies to the motor, unless you have a DirectTV dish.

I should of put my dish size on the original post. 90cm dish. But I just realized that the motor should go on the back of the dish and then the pole.
