SG2100 where is angle adjustment index?

I am setting up an older SG2100 with a fortec 90cm dish.

The little washers with the index are missing. Where do I set my latitude/elevation with regards to the motor bolt itself?

Is the scale index on the center of the bolt, or on one of the ends, or ?

Also-- where on the motor/shaft can I take an angle measurement (I have an electronic angle meter), with or without having to calculate an offset?

thanks
bill
