Gents,
An SG2100 connected to a Viewsat VS Pro started having issues after a big windstorm and power flactuating here in the Midwest (don't know if its related). The SG2100 status LED blinks orange twice followed by a single green blink and no quality bars to any satellite; signal strength is at 74% where it use to hover around 80+%. Orange blink meetings the motor is receiving diseqc 1.2 signals to move the motor. Constant green means the motor is ok. With the STB completely clean (no channels or antenna settings including motor set to disable) I get a constant green on the SG2100 LED status light. Also, what does the 2 orange blink followed by green blink mean?
I tried:
1. Setting factory default
2. powering off completely overnight
3. reloading the STB w/ v1.07 firmware
4. moving manually to zero degrees and resetting the motor (2 seconds with paperclip)
5. checking all the connections; disconnection and reconnect
6. various combinations of the above.
Did you figure out what was going on with the motor. I have one doing the very same thing and can not figure what to do with it.
Thanks
