    SG2100 won't move beyond Reference (0)

I have an sg2100 motor. I can move the motor from 0 (98W in USALS) to any location west of there. However, the motor will not move back in an easterly direction except by using the Go to Reference option. This means that if I wish to move from (e.g.) 125W to 101W, I have to go into the user menu on the stb, activate the Go to Reference option, then move back to the desired position. Moving from 101W to 125W is not a problem - the motor behaves normally.

I cannot move the motor East of Reference (0) at all - either through USALS or using the manual option.

    Please respond with your thoughts.

    Thanks.
