motor doesn't always move

I've got a sg2100 I purchased from Sadoun that is acting wierd. Sometimes it won't move and other times it seems to work all right. When it's stuck in the won't move position I have to the turn the power off/on the back of my receiver to get it to go again. The reset set light is constantly blinking orange and green. Any ideas? Viewsat Ultra, Winegard 31 dish, sg2100 motor. It almost seems as if the motor is confused... I know I am.

The coax posts on my motor came loose, I tightened the nut with a small screw driver which has solved my issue. I wonder Sadoun sells a socket of some sort to tighten these with??
