Digipower SG-2100 not working with Strong receiver

Hi, I can't get my Strong SRT4651x receiver to operate my Digipower SG-2100 mover, it worked fine with my previous receiver a Coship2500.
When I send a command to the mover the led blinks so it is receiving the data but not responding, the mover operate ok using the button on it.
Has anyone had any experience with the Strong receiver please.

I am not using the same receiver you are using but the motor can lock up sometimes. Mine did this today. I have two receivers hooked up as loop thru. I can't use them at the same time, but, one is upstairs and one is downstairs. I had to go out to my motor, move it by hand to ZERO, press the reset button on the motor, and remove the coax from the motor to momentarily remove power from the motor. My motor was blinking and receiving data too. It just needed a hard reset.

Once I did this, my motor moved fine.

Thanks, I had tried a reset with no luck but have now found the problem.
With the LNB disconnected the motor worked so changed to a different make of LNB and problem solved, it would seem the LNB was degrading the data signal.
