i got a new sg2100 motor sat system from sadoun got it on the pole yesterday set to true south sat amc5 set with usals is the motor supose to turn to the other sat by slecting them and hit go to sat if so i may have a problem my motor will only bump a little when i hit go to sat.

Receiver? How are you attempting to move the motor? USALS or DiSEqC 1.2? Have you programmed the receiver? Is the receiver DiSEqC 1.2 or higher compatable?

reciver sonicview 4000 using usals moving dish in motor setup.

Once you set your latitude and longitude in the USALS setup yes, your motor should move to each satellite. You will have to move to the satellite once, and scan for channels.
