ayelvington will become famous soon enough
H-180 manual

Someone was whining about no manual, and I do agree that it would be little skin off of someone's teeth to post one. So I wrote Moteck, explained that the lack of documentation was costing them sales, and they sent me scans of the pages.

It's late, I'm tired, and this is the best that I am going to do to make those pages available to all.

Thanks. Just took a look at the PDF. I notice that they use traditional elevation/declination values in their chart rather than the more accurate modified declination/elevation values. { No surprise there.... almost everyone does, which is weird. }

I don't know why a company sophistocated enough to put together a motor like this can't put together an alignment chart that is correct. If you set up using the values in their chart, you'll be off by up to 0.6 degrees on some sats. The traditional values, (which Saduon also uses on their installation pages BTW) are good enough for C-band with a medium sized dish, or for Ku with a ~30" dish, but are not good enough for Ku with a dish of the size (6') people use this motor for.
