HH100 or receiver are bad?

Before 2 months I buy from Sadoun the complete satellite system with Fortec Star Lifetime receiver/need to be very good/ and HH100 motor.
I has two problem with this system one is some time dosn't have a picture on a screen or black screen with sound. I almost find way how to fixed...just disconect from the power for 20 minutes , but is this need to be like this?
Now from two days my motor stop rotate, I disconect the power, how say the instruction fo solve the problems, for 30 minutes and NOTHING, reset the receiver, again noting. I need to know is there anyway to fix this or Sadoun sold the complete system to work just for couple months?
I don't use the motor to much I moved my dish just on Telstar 5 and Galaxy 10.

Most likely you have bad F-connectors or some moisture problem in your coaxial line. Check your cable and connectors. Make sure all are weather proofed.

Sound/no picture or picture/no sound is an indication of poor dish alignement. Readjust your dish.

Check the cable connector. I recommend to use the water proof (or whatever the name it called...:-) )
It's worth for the long run.
What type of cable you have? RG59 or RG6?

My personal experience with sadoun products is very good. I bought most of my satellite stuff from here. Add a very good customer service ans extensive web site. Even the Satellite Magazine bought equipement from Sadoun :P
Motor can die easly if they are not set correctaly, the dish is very heavy, loose installation, bad conecters...
You may want to ask your installer or may need to take the motor from the dish and test it. Good luck

dssexpert my cable is RG6 Quad sheeld and I use the right connector, I have experience 5 years in cable tv and now 5 years in company where I'm installer on Low voltage equipment...cable, CAT5 and...

For the pictures no picture/sound I have check everiyhing, but only this work, when I disconect the main power for 10 to 30 minutes.
The same is now with the motor. I disconect the power yestarday and plug in back today and motor now is working, but to be shure I wil change my F-connectors and will see, if is fix I will write you again. Thank you for help.
