SG2100 Manual says different?
Why does the SG2100 manual (http://home.comcast.net/~druzetito/SG2100.pdf) say 40 - declination angle as opposed to Sadoun's 30 - dec?

Your manual is right for the older vesion of the SG2100. The newer version which we sell has a smaller shaft to fit on most pole mount dishes. The elevation angle on the newer version is 30-declination.
