STAB HH120 Repair

I've had my STAB HH120 for about 8 months....unfortunately its died and no longer functions. Dish size was only 90cm. To make a long story short Ive gone to the stab website emailed each of the email address about half a dozen times! Guess what not one response? Has anyone had any dealings with this manufatorer? I need to get my motor repaired ! Unfortunately no one can fix it except them!!!

Let me know
Patrick

Re: STAB HH120 Repair

Patrick,
Sorry to hear about that. I am not sure if Stab has any office in the US. If not and you are asked to send the mount to Italy, my opinion is you should forget about fixing it. The shipping cost to Italy plus waiting time are not worth doing so...:-(

STAB HH (100)

Mine died today as well, after about 9 months. I think I helped it, though, by not watching it as it was driven to the eastern limit. I took it apart and got it back to 0 degrees. Put it together and plugged it in and it is dead. I was going to ask Sadoun (where I purchased it) where to get it repaird. It looks like my question has been answered on this forum. What happened to yours, Patrick?
