Find TAN TV using birdog

Today I tried to install TAN TV using birdog v 2.5. I selected 'K V AMC4 101' and found a good signal strength and quality. But, when connected to the setup box called "findpass", the signal was almost none. This is my 2nd time TAN installation. The first time the setup box was a Humax and it was no problem this way. At this moment I am not sure if it's a bad setup box issue or I haven't found the signal. The findpass setup box appears to be preconfigured with frq 11860/Horizontal/symbol rate 28138. Wouldn't I need to find the singal using 'K H AMC4' instead of 'K V'? I tried it but, I couldn't find the signal for 'K H AMC4'. 오늘 birdog으로 TAN TV를 설치하는데 신호를 잡았는데도 셋업박스에 연결하면 신호가 잡히지 않더군요. 셋업박스가 수상하기는 한데 finepass라고 최근에 사용되는 셋업박스 같습니다. 신호 잡을 때 'K V AMC4' 로 잡았는데 혹시 제가 엉뚱한 satellite을 잡은건 아닌지요? 전에 한번 할 때는 그렇게 잡아서 된 것 같은데. 'K H AMC4'는 신호가 전혀 잡히질 않더군요. finepass에 셋팅된 걸 보면 11860 Horizontal로 되어있던데 그러면 'K H AMC4'로 잡하야 하는게 아닌지... 조언 부탁드립니다. 위에 있는 주소로 이메일이나 전화를 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

I was able to find 'K H AMC4' but ,it was so weak compared to 'K V AMC4' that the signal strength and quality didn't stay as 'found'. Anyways, 'finepass' not being able to find the signal lies on a different reason. I had to change the LNBF type from 'user LNBF' to 'standard LBNF' in 'LNBF setup' screen then, the signal was picked up. I just checked with TAN technical support and was told that they never had this type of issue reported. A funny thing is that to share the signal with UHF I hooked up Cable TV line to 'TV in' in finepass and 'TV out' to TV set so that when finepass is on TAN is televised and when it's off Cable TV is televised. What happens is that when I turned finepass off, Cable TV was on - no problem. But, when I turned finepass back on, TAN had lost the signal and I had to take the cable to 'TV in' out and change the LBNF type again.
